Katie's Winter Piano Recital

Katie has been taking Piano lessons for 3 years now, and this is her portion of her most recent Winter Piano Recital.

Her teacher's name is Rebecca, and I hope to later post her performance. She's amazing.

i remember piano recitals. i've played my share of them. beethoven, mozart, chopin, bartok, bach, brahms, etc..i've played them all.

dan..i never took acting lessons..in fact, never even been to any sort of acting class. i've been playing the piano for most of my life. i can play the guitar and sing a little. i played trumpet for awhile and marimba too.

So, I get the impression that you don't particularly like the sound of the piano?

I'm sorry for you. I do believe pianos differ in tone, and certain vary in their ability to hold their tuning. This particular restored baby grand has a wonderful rich tone, but it isn't captured by this camera at all.

I dislike the sound of a piano, but I did my best to watch the whole thing.

I play the guitar for 5 years now and have always wondered about playing the piano, though I dislike it's sound.
