Senior officials admit that the rising number of cases being filed under the new constitution now overwhelms the judiciary. The courts have been attempting to clear the backlog that dates back several years, but it appears they simply cannot cope for the moment. NTV's Brenda Wanga reports on the crisis that most legal analysts refer to as a good problem.
how about... cj was not ok with dpp from day 1..... and then appointing P.Muite, his long time buddy as a lawyer for JSC... is not also a time to eat at the judiciary????

Justice is not cheap.The judiciary can bring in more money than any other govt organ in the country.That is why the west is wealthy.
