and i whant to Publish it

using microsoft office 2010

I must pay sharepoint server 2010 or i can do this by sharepoint server 2007

What about publishing a database to a LAN for a small business with a browser interface on an MS SmallBusinessServer 2008? And if so is that possible to do with 2007?
