Hi , euhm.. was I supposed to see something? The only thing I saw was a dude with a piece of paper that looks like the diamonds on the paper , move it around... Can someone plz tell me what the illusion was?

The moving diamond doesn't change color, it's your perception of him that changes. The trick is exactly that: the top and bottom of all the diamonds is different, they all have graduated tones. But in fact, they are all exactly the same.
When placed one above the other, they create the illusion that there are different colors when there aren't. This is a classic known psychology effect of perception, there are several similar effects.
