  • Good luck with your weight loss journey and thank you for documenting to inspire us. Off days will happen, but just get right back on like you did. When you're trying to lose weight, you should allow yourself a weekly treat in moderation (ice-cream cone vs. a gallon of ice-cream). Anyway keep up the great work and I'm sure you will be a bad mamma jamma this summer.

  • lol! Girl your hair is lookin so fresh and so clean clean!! lol! Weight training ain't no joke, my arms be feeling like dead weight afterwards. If you soak in the tub with some warm water and epsom salt, it eases some of the soreness. Keep up the good work :)

  • I love me some breakfast!! That's my FAVORITE meal of the day. I only use the elliptical as a last resort (if I'm too tired to do anything else). I'd rather run. I LOVE love love running! I had a bad "too much eating" day too....it happens. I just hit the gym extra hard the next few days.

    Lol @ your reaction when you stepped on the scale. Its okay sis b/c after every bad week comes a great week! Trust me!
