  • OH MY GOD, I HOPE THE PRAYER TOUR DALLAS SHOW IS RELEASED!!!!!!!

  • i love the top too! :)

  • Great interview, "Burn" is one of my favorite Cure songs, never knew it was just him & Boris..one of their best , certainly of their 90s stuff...I also never understood everyone disliking the top so much...it is kind of patchy but there's still some very good songs on it.

  • @patmccay Great job! Thanks for bringing "Join The Dots"up, we won't tell him enough how great it is :) And The Top- an album that I love too, and underrated to this day (despite the deluxe re-issue/remaster...).You spoke for a lot of fans here.

  • @mrpicky510 Yeah, he's been a bit mixed about The Top over the years. But was quoted in saying that "Shake Dog Shake" was his favourite song...ah, anyway. I love The Top too! Glad to see people who do :)

  • Well when the Top came out, I can see how Robert felt it was shit, but on another side, if they opened so many shows with Shake dog shake like they did in the past, did Robert really think it was that bad? I always loved dressing up, bananafishbones, birdmad girl, and wailing wall, I think it was a very unusual and great album, even if it was such a transitional period...the music lasts, man what I would ask Robert if I had 15 minutes of his time...

  • Hi everyone, I was the interviewer here. I didn't know these were up on YouTube! I'd won a radio contest for the opportunity to interview him. It was an honor and I was really happy (and nervous!) to have the chance to talk to him and ask him those questions. You can read a bit more about it on my band The Silence Kit's site, if you're interested. There's a link in a bulletin on my channel.

  • robert should release all the disintegration live material the people with broadband will make sure that the people without broadband get it. cure fans are die hard and very much cult like following. i've been following them for over 20 years. still my favorite band.
