This is a claymation interpretation of the poem "Safe?" by Shel Silverstein.
The entire set was built inside a big Office Depot box cut open. Everything was made out of cardboard, mainly cereal boxes; and the street design is based on my neighborhood in the Outer Sunset district in San Francisco.
Safe?
I look to the left
I look to the right
Before I ever move my feet.
No cars to the left
No cars to the right
I guess it's safe to cross the street.
