@volvol1 Yes it makes perfect sense. Appreciation rate reduced but it still appreciated (and its inflation adjusted) Instead of growing 10% it grew 5%

Note that when I clicked on the website of
apartment house profit machine it was suspended.
Not a good sign.
Also buying apartments with no money down is basically nonsense.

Am I crazy here? This guy points to the chart and says there was appreciation every year even though the chart is showing that values declined?
How does this make sense?
Could you explain what the graphs look like now in the year 2009? I am quite interested in know this. Thanks.

Your videos are good, but you spend much time specifying every graphical statistic.
We can see the numbers, no need to speak every single one.
