Divorce has become the nastiest, dirtiest word in any language. It is a time for people to move forward in their lives & do those things they could not do when they were married. It is a time for growth. But our present Family court system allows far too much abuse of the system. With excessive false allegations of abuse that should not be handled in family court but in civil/criminal court, family courts are loosing their foot hold & refusing to penalize those who file false allegations.

I hope you can do away with the present system it criminalizes divorce and abuses the innocent. It serves only those that abuse the system and is evil and unjustice. Good luck in defeating the giants that protect the present system. Like your mother said, you are really in for a fight. Or something to that effect.
