@0812201,this was done a long time ago, it was usually in the 1940's or 1950's, fire departments sent these out to be junked and replaced by new ones, people came along and made it into a speedster instead of letting it get scrapped, atleast its still around. it could have been made into a ricer by now if it had been scrapped.
