Homemade Green Tea Ice Cream (녹차 아이스크림)

Main Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Green Tea Powder
• 1 Container Half and Half (473 ml)
• 4 Egg Yokes
• ½ Cup Sugar

Yield: About 1 Quart

I did this today but the taste turned out to be a little too milky to my liking. Is that how it's supposed to taste like or have I done it wrongly? :/

If you used exact same ingredients and amount.. it can be personal taste differences.. I has sweet.. milky..and green powder flavor all together.

@Ayime2ndacc Half and Half is cream and milk, and normally comes in a a bottle labelled 'Half and half'. So you don't have to mix it yourself.

Erm..this sounds kinda stupid but,what is a "half and half"? Is it milk?

if using this recipe, increase the amount of mathca b/c through calculations you'll notice there is about .007% of green tea in this recipe. 2tsp of matcha for 24oz of liquid = hardly any green tea taste.
