I'm Swedish and I've never seen either that dance nor those outfits before, but still it feels really swedish so I'm not judging! Keep it up, I love this! :)

It is terrific that our great Swedish folk culture is spreading all around the world. I know there are many dancing our dances in America, but not in the Far East.
-
The dance is the "Kadril fran Landskronatrakten" (i.e. Quadrille from Landskrona County).
-

Greetings from Sweden

Haha, you gotta love them for trying though =)
Oh lighten up. People seem to take freely from Japanese culture (various martial arts, manga, etc.) without thinking twice about it. Then when the Japanese do something not of their culture it's like "OMG so arrogant." I see non-Asians dancing at Obon festivals all the time, and no one cares. Everyone just has a good time.
Sharing cultures is not a bad thing, in fact it ought to be a good thing. It promotes cultural tolerance in a racist world. ;)
