@GoDNharvest I think that he made all those stalkers because the opponent had mostly roaches. and the warp prism play allows for this scouting, and makes it less all-in.

If your going to all in like this the protoss might aswell rush for 4 immortals ( no prism ) and go for mainly zealots, either way a good zerg should be able to deal with this. If your opponent is on one base you cant be so greedy with drones and tech

sorry but he knew there were no expos from toss yet built a hydra den (time and money) he had already seen 1 immortal yet built roaches instead of lings, then decided to get an upgrade for roaches when toss was half way to his base, pretty bad game from the zerg ive got to say

@richisnang1 The reality is that no units produced when the protoss is right outside your base are going to spawn in time to save you. However, he absolutely did not have the gas for hydras anyway. At 7:47 when the panic roaches start being built he's only got just over 100 gas. More roaches would certainly be better than 1 hydra in that position.

@richisnang1 Why would he go for hydras in that situation even if he has the den? He didn't have the gas for it. He was up against a 1 base timing attack and by how gobstopper went it was basically all-in, no attempt to expand while attacking etc.

The zerg let the toss get up his ramp before he started attacking, tried to stay behind the spines instead of infront so they could have more damage. Zerg could have had the better arc.
