  • @Eskimo50 in the 90's and early 2000 hip hop predominately came from American's to Aus and this lead many MC's to rap in American Accents many havent been able to drop it doesnt make them ashamed of the accent, we just didnt always have a vibrant aussie hip hop scene.

    Do you have a copy of her passport and immigration papers? You seem to have detailed knowledge of her background. Just because someone currently resides in Australia and has African heritage...

    Doesn't exclude them from possibly having other influences to their accent.

    And fancy a Canadian saying she sounds like an American. I can't think of one Canadian rapper that doesn't. From Main Source to Dream Warriors to Rascalz to Swollen Members to Classified, all sound like Yanks. Haha.
