Steve Haberfield goes End to End for Milk Banking

Hairdresser Steve Haberfield is going to swap his scissors and clippers for a bike and 1000 miles of open road. Ten days, too many hills to count, legs that will ache like never before.... and all in aid of UKAMB. Steve does something every year in aid of charity (runs marathons usually) and as a result of a conversation with Gillian Weaver whilst cutting her hair, agreed to consider UKAMB for his 2010 charity event. Gillian says 'I didn't for one minute expect Steve to take on something as mega as cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End and am so grateful to him and his family for doing this in aid of UKAMB. Steve, you're an absolute star'. Steve will be altering the normal and shortest route to take him to several milk banks on the way down, including the Glasgow bank and the Chester and Wirral banks in the North West as well as calling in on the Bristol Southmead Hospital team to boost their efforts to start a milk bank in the hospital.
