The multi-socket support offers excellent compatibility and flexibility in the choice and upgrade of your processor. It supports all major Intel sockets such as the LGA1156, LGA1166 and older LGA775 models. As for AMD, sockets AM3, AM2+ and AM2 are supported.

  • @ParanoidPumba

yes it work on i5 2400

  • I'm assuming it will run fine on an 1155 board?

  • will it fit elite 430 with AMD 1055T cpu ?

  • Will it support AMD AM3+ socket?

  • will this fit to my CoolerMaster Elite 333

  • Thanks again TT, I got my old PhenomII 710x3 to 3.7ghz stable, best £15 upgrade ever :)

(btw, with a push/pull configuration, these old c2's don't get much past that even under water)

  • how wide should my computer be to be able to fit it? my case's width is at least 180mm.

  • I might think of getting this one =D

    Thanks man :D

  • @Thermaltakereview Hi! Since i dont have much cash i can not afford a Frio/OCK. instead, i am thinking of buying this cheaper, Contac 29. Is it compatible with both AM2 and LGA1155? because i want to buy a new Sandy bridge CPU later (an i5 2500. the i5 2500 is not overclockable so i wouldnt need an "overclock king" anyway:D) but at the moment i have an AMD Athlon x2 6000+ @3,11 GHz only. all i need is stability and a cool CPU when playing HD games.

BTW does better cooling increase FPS in games?
