@Thermaltakereview Hi! Since i dont have much cash i can not afford a Frio/OCK. instead, i am thinking of buying this cheaper, Contac 29. Is it compatible with both AM2 and LGA1155? because i want to buy a new Sandy bridge CPU later (an i5 2500. the i5 2500 is not overclockable so i wouldnt need an "overclock king" anyway:D) but at the moment i have an AMD Athlon x2 6000+ @3,11 GHz only. all i need is stability and a cool CPU when playing HD games.

BTW does better cooling increase FPS in games?
