Too bad she will continue to abuse drugs. Had she gone to basic and subsequent training, she would be strictly barred from using any type of abusive substances for many months at a time.

@stephenabm Really? My recruiter told me that most recruiting stations nowadays are wayyy over the quota and have to turn many people away.

The Military put extreme pressure on these recruiters and quota's are needed every month and if they do not meet the standard, they are counseled and affects their career. This recruiter was wrong and probably received a field grade article 15, means he lost half his pay for a few months and lost rank. He will probably be given a bar to reenlistment and forced out. Recruiters have the toughest job in the military, be it peace time or during a war.
