This may be the first Sokolov interpretation that has not convinced me, I don't like the ornamentation, nor the tempo, for this sonata it's definitely schiff for me

@jeffg2020 la mélancolie russe est différente de la mélancolie germanique;disons qu'elle offre un nouvel éclairage et que sa lumière rasante fait apparaître d'autres contours à ce tableau musical.
