MMA H.E.A.T. was on the scene at the Throwdown Training Center in Las Vegas, NV, when the UFC's Nick Diaz and Strikeforce's Ronda Rousey worked out together. At the same time, UFC fighters Nate Diaz and Manny Gamburyan were going over some Judo throws, in preparation for Nate's fight with Donald Cerrone at UFC 141. In this clip you'll see some of their training, and you'll also hear from Nate and Manny on the benefits of Judo in MMA and Nick Diaz's skills as a teacher. P@obican21 Agreed! Loved watching Karo Paraysian. Unfortunately its very hard to do Judo effectively without a gi. Its rare that you see anything more than the most basic throws by only a few MMA fighters
