Ive listened to the most pagan,thuggish ruggish,gangsta, hardcore rap hip hop artists but to me this is what true hip hop is supposed be for for truth,holiness/and edification.. love Hazakim for LIFE. Shalom

I admire the preacher's passion in the beginning....he made a valid and powerful point.

The direct translation of "all our righteousness is as flithy rags" in Isaiah is actually a very specific Hebrew word for a specific "spoiled" object.
A literal translation would be "all our righteousness is about as good as a dirty tampon." Seriously. A dirty tampon.
Now the interesting thing about dirty tampons is that they're a natural and (in a healthy woman of the appropriate age) neigh *unavoidable* part of the human condition.
By ourselves that's the best our "good" is.
