All Saints Season 12 Episode 36 - Reality Check (part 5)

The MRU are called out to a small farming community where one of the members needs medical treatment. He has end stage Mesilthelioma and has fluid built up on his lungs. The towns only nurse & doctor has called for help so he can be taken to hospital. When Jo & Steve are ready to take him back to All Saints, he says he doesn't want to go. Will he be able let go of his only land? Will he be ok?
A woman is brought into the ED after fainting on a bus. Her Blood sugar is 3.0 and she doesn't have diabetes. When interesting results come back, questions are raised as to why she fainted. Why did she faint? Has she done something? WIll she be ok?
A man presents to the ED with a hand that's been swollen for days and is getting worse. After all attempts to diagnose why his hand is swollen, an x-ray solves the mystery. Why is his hand so swollen?
And Joan is still in the ED after a bed didn't come available during the night. After persistant enquires from Von it seems that no beds will be available any time soon. So Von decides to take Joan back to her house. When she calls to check up on Joan, the phone rings out. What has happened to Joan? Will she be ok?
