Wouldn''t last one minute with a Jiu Jitsu balck belt of the same size, weight and years of training...or any elite wrestler or Judo practioner. I think that's been proven since 1993 when Royce Gracie destroyed everyone despite being only 175lbs
It was my understanding that this is "Tiger & Crane" a form I learned when going for my brown belt in Tracy's Kenpo...my instructors were Chris Trejillo & Al Dacascos...of course this was way back in the 70's a long time ago...and though I have moved on in the martial arts this brings back a lot of good memories....the very best to all of you studying Chinese Kenpo.....
@mogges1 In any Martial arts that is worth the time, 5 years is nothing, It should take you a life time to master Kenpo, I worked with most my students and it took much more than five years to get a black belt. Once black like you say, it all starts over anyway..Karate is a life, not just 5 years of practice,, God bless bow
@KidsKicksforChrist Remember there area lot of hiden technic's in kenpo.but out of all the self defence out there kenpo has it all. thats why it take 5 yrs to get to blak belt.thats just the begaing. then the real training come's in
hey arse-wipe this fellow is the real deal he came to my country of New Zealand did a live demo i felt sorry for the other fella though jeff just smashed-this guy and was only a exhibition-far out Ouch!!!
@NMIBUBBLE11 This is a combination of Technic, 4- 5-6 forms... At first he goes into short four then 5 and six. He also breaks it up, other technical forms. Let me watch this a couple of times and I can tell you exactly what Technic he uses in any curtain move. There are also lots of Kenpo artist teaching these same Technic on the web, but me, I stay with the original Technic, not all this over kill of today. I was taught by instructors of old school kenpo. Fast and few target strikes is Kenpo
