I am glad people here love Defense, I am the only returning defender on my JV team and everybody else on the team hates it! Maybe it's because you often do not get the "glory" of scoring a goal; but I am proud I am a defender and would not play any other position in field hockey!

it would help if the players have their stick down and not using their weaker side of the stick......it gets me ajitated!

half of this video is interceptions from terrible balls, maybe focus on presses, one on one tackles and other planned defensive plays
