  • I'm proud of you. Although its been one week but I have a feeling each week will get better. Come to think of it I've been banded for a year and only lost 10lbs. But I go to the gym 4time a week so I'm confused. I don't think I eat too much, but may not be eating enough. I'm getting tips from everyone. Keep up the good work
