  • crop circles were invented by 'target' stores to promote advertising, but it all went terribly wrong.

  • I always believe things happen for a very good reason.

  • i love the way the story works it way into showing how his wife had to die so the boy could live. Really clever story telling

  • The Boy Dies???

  • No, no, I understand the intended purpose of the scene, just the rest of the movie is stupid, and the scene itself isn't particularly impactful or interesting.

  • sham-uh-lan

  • *fingers get cut off* AHHHH I JUST WANTED SOME SUGAR!

  • @Maverick2097 Corrected... "Everything happens for a reason"

  • @DarkCaduceus It's not about the scene, but the meaning behind it, which makes it brilliant. I didn't get t myself until now. But basically, everything, including the events leading up to the last scene, was all in preparation and (God's work) in order for them to defeat the alien. (The glasses filled with water needed to kill the alien, the boy with asthma to protect him from breathing in the poison, the baseball bat) It was all God's work...

    Nothing happens for a reason...
