what a jackass...i dont care what branch this would have happend in that little bastard thinks it a joke that we need soldiers fighting overseas...we have troops dying in sandland and instead of honestly just enlisting to serve his country he wants to prove a point for journalism and screw over the recruiter...the way i see it...all the stuff he did and printed a fake diploma he is just as guilty as the recruiter

I'm not a fan of recruiting techniques but this recruiter seemed like he was just trying to help someone out of a desparate situation. Too bad the kid was just lying to screw with someones livleyhood. He probably gets more allowance from his parents than the recruiter was getting for salary. Exposing recruiting techniques I am all for but he should have kept the recruiter anonymous.

i was close to joining had the same thing happen to me took the asvab and he told me to get the detox stuff but once they get you in after passing the piss test that recuiter gets credit for it. he was just trying to get bodies

I hate it when people take one incident, like this one, and use it as a bias for the military as a whole. There are bad people in the military, just like there are bad people in the rest of the world. Anyone who thinks that the whole military is like this are FUCKING IDIOTS! My recruiter is awesome. Before i enlisted i told him i wanted to pilot UAV's. He told me I WOULD PROBABLY NOT GET THE JOB THAT I WANTED... I valued his honesty and enlisted anyway. And you know what? I DID GET THE JOB!
