@MyPonyRox120 it depends on how old your kids are and how mature they are. I am now 16 years old and I have had Border Collies since I was eight years old. You have to keep in mind that these are REALLY active dogs, and they have to have a job to do 24/7. You have to keep them entertained with agility, rally-o, herding, tracking, obedience, conformation, showmanship, flyball, and lots of tricks, They're awesome dogs if you have the time for them. Mine are excellent with kids.

I currently live in a flat, but when I have a house and more space, I'm gonna get me one of those. I love Border Collies.

@fatherfrost100 they are alike in that they are all high energy and that they are ALL smart. BCs are always ranked top most intelligent dog (at least from all the numerous dog intelligence rankings i've looked at)

I love the Border Collie and yes they are insane, it's almost like they have a sense of humour. Damn smart they are.

I wish we lived on a farm for my Boarder collie , Where i live there is no open spaces for him to fun around,
