@kevinkards Very interesting! Charley Zahm says the same thing about "Lorena." The men were forbidden to sing it because it was so heatbreaking. I'm not sure it stopped them, though!
Love you boys, even if you are Yankees! ;) In all frankness though, the 97th are probably my favorite re-enactment band.
