@1moebergs Oh hell yeah! People knew how to have fun back in the old days! These guys are excellent. And I used to think that Bill Monroe was the first one to come around who played great bluegrass.

Very intense tune. The Skillet Lickers must have been one of the "hottest" bands around.

Yessah !! What a great genuine old-time sound & tune. Sweet & pure instrument-sound, especially with those fiddles & guitar .. so typical of this fabulous band. And of course a touch of that good old GD & THSL appealing 'hick humour' thrown in for good measure. Damned if they aint having a good time recording this !! Finger-lickin good. Great post !!
