@20044runner It would take a foreign-car freak to knock a Lincoln...not surprised here. I'll keep our American engineers over theirs. We put the world on wheels, remember?

@blacksquirrel100 they didnt make them with 5spds

@Martin00028Guitar a 2000 Navigator is not safe

@KingofComputing Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Sequoia

@chris000089 you try your over 3 ton truck doing a 0-60 while keeping you in the high teens mileage for cruising and lets see how fast yours is
-
these suvs aren't made for speed anyway.....they are conservative....lol why are you people saying its slow....its not a race car like a mustang or camaro
-
my dads 04 navi revs up to 6500 rpm how come yours doesnt

I have a Navigator just like the one in this video. But it's an 05. And I would about 85-90mph by the time I hit 3rd gear. Mine could probably hit a top speed of about 125-130mph (Mine is a 5 speed tranny)
my 2000 Nav with the 32-valve (A-Code motor) 5.4 motor gets 18.7 cruising expressways and roadtrips. Not bad considering you have all the comforts of home with safety included.

@Martin00028Guitar I agree, it is an awesome road trip vehical.. I have gotten up to 21mph on the highway, but usually can get in the high teens, unless I am pulling one of my trailers..

80-100 was pretty wack unless he didn't push it as much in that gear.

@eazenyce The motor has a strong power-band at 4000-plus rpm, when it shifts into 3rd it falls too far below that rpm, so it does not pull very hard until above that..
