I think it's about a guy whose girlfriend died from drug overdose (her lips change color from pink to blue). It makes sense if you read the lyrics

No, really, it's called "Pink Turns to Blue." Lol you can hear them say it a zillion times in the song (like at 0:54).

It's the third song from side 3 of a Hüsker Dü album called, "Zen Arcade."
