I'm easily an intermediate player on the.. But I was 100% self taught so I don't know the notes on the fret board or the major scales. Its really great that I can learn just the few beginner things I missed out on, and then jump over to intermediate or advanced videos and work on the harder stuffs. =) Thanks a bunch.

Hey RawkinOutt, I am glad you are doing well with the lessons. To tell you the truth most guitar players that take formal lessons have a hard time with the notes across the fretboard as well. Most never even try to learn them. So your probably not very behind at all in that regard. :) Cheers!! Carl..

Thanks man!! i have been trying for the longest time to get the notes of the fretboard down. I have been playin guitar for almost 5 years and i never thought i would need them. All i did was covers from tablature. This is a big help!!! :)

if u want to get good learn bass then go to guitar cus all u have to after u learn bass is the scales and its makes it easier\

i forgot also need to the do re mi etc.
