  • Hi there ,

Nice vid again, i notice the roads are not completely clean of snow.

Do you drive with those spike tires on your car, or is there sharp sand or grit on the snow.

Here in holland, when we have frost or snow, they put salt on the roads and sometimes plow the snow of the road.

Can you tell me how it works in Finland? Driving on those icy roads.

    thanks and drive safe,

    Bas, Holland

  • @moppieoei Most of the people in Finland use spike tires, also i do. Only some bigger roads here are salted. Sand is used more commonly.

  • @moppieoei it isn'tpossible to put salt every time when snowing because it isn't very unusual to have small snowstorms every week ( there can be 30cm snow after one day of snowing) cold weather is also a problem (when the snow melts, it can freeze quickly because it can be -36 celsius here.). of course, they plow this road normally almost every day twice. but weather is kind of tricky so it is almost impossible to have this road completely clean
