that part of the black run can be done in about 2min on a xc bike.

Super !! Do you have any proof of this amazing XC bike/run as you are saying it is possible to get down twice as fast as we did ?? I dont profess to being the quickest out there but do know Im not slow. I personally think you need to check out your watch and over active imagination. If you look at any of the other videos on youtube you will find they average out around the 4-7 minute mark and most of these are not even full runs.

As a side note though I once did it on my replica Evil Kenivel XC Jet Bike in 1 min 15 secs. And I ran it blindfolded in a XC manner in less than 30 seconds, and that was with a head wind. Oh and I also did XC style forward rolls while reciting the works of George Orwell, in my native tongue of Swahili, all the way down from the top to the bottom in like 15 seconds. Im sure though someone will claim to have done it faster.

haha, i did chuckle at this. there's always got to be someone whos quicker/harder! i acually did in on my xc unicycle, unfortunatly i was slightly slower at 1m 20 seconds, i'll put it down to only having one wheel

Well chaps i have done that section in 14seconds flat fully naked smeared in goose fat and broken glass,whilst moonwalking on my top tube and talking in tounges,and wearing a cap made of soiled g-strings.....BEAT THAT DUDES.

i race downhill and to do that section of the black run can be done in about 2min. theres no need to take it personaly.
