India is not threatened by "radical Islam"... They are threatened by mercenaries,jiahadists controlled by US/British/Israeli intelligence.. US needs to keep India in check and they do it by running terrorist organizations and blaming it on Pakistan..

The leader that plays his cards most well is Jung Il Kim. He is a master tactician and master of decption and disguise. You just don't know what his intentions are, what he is up to. He is veiled in secrecy and nobody fucks with him. Nevertheless, he is not doing much good for North Korea. North Korean regim is old, isolated, bankrupt, volitle, and wavering. It will fall soon and will be assumed by South Korea.

The classic one is from Lionel Giles. That's the translation included by Robert L. Cantrell in "Understanding Sun Tzu on the Art of War", popular book with the US DoD.
