This is not the fault of the shooter btw. BRAVO for taking the initiative to learn.

Your transition on the second try was a lot better. That SIG has a problem.

I had his shotting pattern down before the second round and so would any real life attacker. This is a good example of learning a poor style. The shooter is trying to do what's right for the instructor but the instructor needs to stop trying to teach such an obviously predictable round volley. If this young gentleman tries this in a real fire fight, he'll catch one in the forhead by the second round of two.

You fight as you train, quick mag changes in pratice mean quick mag changes in real world, dont stop keep mags on you.

What kind of AK is it? 7.62x39? Does it have a muzzle break?

this guy sucks at life

That must have been some princess transition from the Ak to the Sig,
Dont look down during your transition,
Practice on your stance. lean more forward
And know your FTF drill, and stop looking to see the problem.
Bingo. Since drilling with some teams here on base, I've gotten a helluva lot better (tough to get worse than that shit, right?).

Accidental mag drop. Maybe I shouldn't have taped my warmup drills...
