When completed, I'll say Burj Dubai is a city within the city! With more than twice the height of the Empire State Building (1,250 feet, w/o the antenna), it's an AWE inspiring piece of engineering marvel!

I guess what I'm feeling now is just like what people felt back in the 1930's when the Empire State Building was being built.

Until someone builds a taller one, Burj Dubai IMHO is the Empire State Building of our time! I can't wait to see it for myself!

They are going to an economic crisis witht he price of crude oil dropping to 40 per barrel from the record 147 in july 2008. I suggest you bring extra money to give to the beggers in the city.
