i keep crashing on the building and it says its failed i cant get to the grass i did this once on my other game but i cant get it done on my main game any tips on getting to the grass

Use the PCJ, make sure you are tilting the stick forward.

Question: How do you gain access to that roof? I can see the stairs, but there is a gate in front of it that won't open.

You have to gain access from the roof of jump #1. After doing that jump you will be on the roof you need to jump from for this one.
