I can see why the manager's action would be seen as rude, but as a manager, fans would be the least of his concern when he's in charge of making sure his client gets to where she needs to be on time and in one piece. They wouldn't last long as managers to top celebrities if they didn't take their jobs so seriously.
I find Jessica so charming and kind. There was never any ice to begin with.....lol
