I think it is call marriage proposal because the guy is nervous to ask to change his seats (kinda like when you are nervous if you are trying to proposed to someone)... and the ground staff just know what he wants and give him the service he needed without having him to embarrass himself even more...

he should have said "would u... would u...." would u change a seat for rather then "I like to... ". dont know why the quality of cathay ads is getting lower and lower.
