  • oO who're you? and how do you know me?

  • I know I'm splitting hairs here ... but to improve your technique for simple skills like tuck jumps on the trampoline, delay grabbing your knees immediately (the way you would if you were doing a tuck jump on the floor) - you have plenty of time as you're on the trampoline. Grab your knees in a swift motion and shoot out of it immediately. Try it - it'll make so much difference. Same principle applies for straddle or pike jumps.
