I'm playing Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. I'm at the "Air Filled Tunnels". God help me.

How could I not remember this section at all from the first time I played the game? Did my mind simply box up and store the memory away in a giant warehouse like the Ark of the Covenant, never to be opened again by mortal man lest a horrible fate befall him? I feel this must be the case. It's the only way I could so completely forget such a torturous pit of Tartarus as this.

  • can u get this anywhere else but steam?

  • @kaneswrath9 Either Steam or used will be all you'll find legally.

  • Your description box seems to fit the H.P. Lovecraft theme.

  • @Attacknun That's what I was going for. :D

  • You know, it's oddly appropriate that you seem to be getting more and more pissed off with every video. You're acting just like a narrator in an actual Lovecraft story.

With each chapter, you slowly lose your grip until the end where you willingly submit to the might of the Elder Gods.

    "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn!"

  • I'a! I'a!

And to honor my new overlord, I have favorited the song "Hey there, Cthulhu".

  • Do you think Robert Marsh is actually Robert Olmstead, the protagonist of Shadow Over Innsmouth, who finally turned into a Deep One?

  • @Bytheclouds In the Shadow Out of Time, where the second half of this game is based from, the Yithians had a city in Australia as well as from across the sea, millennia ago. The Yithians were also enemies with the Elder Things and probably other mythos monsters such as the Cthulhu star-spawns. Remember that in the Mountains of Madness, the Elder Things were also enemies with the Star-spawns and Mi-go. Who's to say the Deep Ones couldn't make a city from Yithians' city who fled to the future.

  • Wow! I didn't know this game had the sentries from Portal

  • I hope that you're alright now o_o

  • And here I completely lost the point of the storyline. Aren't the air-filled tunnels supposed to be located on the planet where Ythians are, and inhabited by those wind-commanding creatures? What are the fishmen doing there, where... What the fuck... I just don't understand anything anymore.

  • @darkchiron Favorite the song call of ktulu by metallica

  • You actually can stealth kill with a crowbar. Another Lper named 666theheartless666 does it a ton in his LP of CoC. But it only works if you sneak up to them and stand up to attack them before they turn and see you. Its hard as hell to do.

  • LMAO! I don`t blame ya for getting fed up with playing this! Esp. For our entertainment! This game is one S.O.B.

  • i like this game more and more:) thx for the lp!
