@captmicha That is actually my sisters dog but the deer WAS'NT a pet. Backstrap was her name and she was and is free to roam. she now is a mother 2+ x over and the offspring still wander through that EXACT same area.

@K2bye Deer are wild animals, not pets. Like there aren't enough animals dying in animal shelters for lack of homes. Some dumbass had to go out and get a pet deer.

Yes, as my brother said this deer was saved by our next door neighbors when it's mother was killed by a car, resulting in her becoming used to dogs. She has 50+ acres to roam and there are now over 3 generations of deer from "Strap", all of which have chosen to stay around our property not because they are domesticated but because we respect them, as do our pets and they feel no threat from us. They are NOT kept in any enclosure and def. not kept as pets. Just clarifying.
