yes I do, total renewal - letting out energy out, and bring new energy in... At first the main focus is about pushing the old out, then there comes a point of balance, which means a even flow in as out, and eventually there comes the point where there is no old energy left, and thus all is new, refreshed, energized.
That is my intention and what happens :) and it works very well for me! feels great - opening, creating space, clarity, calmth, awareness etc.
I hope this clarifies what I do :)!
