Audio System on Keeway Flash

A video of my home-made audio system in my scooter.

Amplifier: MarQuant 2x100w car amplifier
Speakers: No info avaible, but I can assure you, if you turn open the volume at max, people will hear it from a long distance.


For people who would like to make a system like this heres a little tutorial.

You will need:
An car amplifier, specifications depend on the speaker you have and the volume you would like to have (100 watts is recommended.)

A piece of MDF wood

some screws and tools


1. Make the piece of wood fit in your buddyseat by drawing it on the wood.
2. Cut the shape out
3. Draw the speakers on the wood and cut it out too (remember to cut 1 cm (0.4 inch) from the edge so the speaker can slide in the hole except for the edge where the screws will go into.)
4. make some holes for the screws and screw your speakers on the wood.
5. Connect the wires to the amplifier and connect the amplifier to your 12v battery.

Done!

The music IS good ;) Fuel consumption is around 1L on 25 km I think.
