Given that Unions were irresponsible sometimes - you see, I CAN be objective which is something I don't think you are with the way you view Mrs T through rose-tinted specs - the REAL reason manufacturing was destroyed was because we had lousy Management and no investment in our plant or workforce. As for buying your council house - your were duped into believing that you could become one of 'them' by owning your own property. But I agree with you about Blair - he's blood on his hands, traitor.
