►I guess Scamp is in little doggie heaven and meets Cobalion...um I mean...oh nevermind! Anyways, it looks like Scamp is more inebriated like crazy (if you don't know what that word means, look it up on google). Hehheh, I was inspired by one of my favorite TV comedies on Comedy Central before it became obsolete. It's really about a drunken crazed Koala that doesn't give a damn, except for beer.
