President Obama & Arizona Supreme Court Corruption - A.G. Office Marc Harris investigation

Attorney Marc Harris with the Arizona Attorney General's Office asked to be copied the audio recording evidence of a woman named Cari Gershick who confronted three citizens in attendance at the Public Meeting of the Arizona Fiducary Board. Formal Complaints were filed by the citizens being harassed and threatened by Ms. Gershick's intimidation tactics as she quoted off supreme court rule 122 which has noting whatsoever to do with Arizona Board Meetings and or "Quazi Judicial Bodies" as Gershick states is the real identifier. The truth is that the extent of orchestrated ignorance in Arizona is amplified by this demonstration that at the Arizona State Level of "Supreme Court Information Officer" Gershick has no clue, and, is so obviously seeking to prevent the public from documenting what the Fiducary Board is really up to. Our explanation and opinion is based on belief that for many years a ring of racketeering has been subverting the laws in Arizona regarding fiducaries and a big business of concealing medical malpractice by appointment of private fiducaries to incapacitated persons when Arizona Law mandates that only The Public Fiducary or a public fiducary can be appointed and only if family members are unwilling to act as guardians/conservators and personal representatives of peopl and their estates. The private business of on particular private fiducary, Jane Anne Geisler is at the center of the illegal appointment snf she has a long history of ignoring court rules, not accounting for thousands and thousands of dollars, and even ending human life before family can appear bedside and thereafter cremating the remains against religious belief and law (while questions of malpractice and other murderious motive go unanswered) . It is a huge multi million dollar business that can only be facilitated by impropriety on the part of judges in Arizona who ignore the legislative wisdom mandating that such things be handled by the State and through those Public Servants, such as public fiducaries and thereby making the State itself liable for the mishandling and or obsconding of a vulnerable adults estate and in this case even their life. It is sick it is real and it happens all the time, however, yes we can change this severe illiness of those old way thinkers in Arizona, neck deep in corruption that will keep following them until they give in to the stronger energy in place now that will expose them for what they really are and what they really do so lax and unaccountable. Pay attention Ms. Geiisler, Ms. Grau, Mr. Posante Ms. French, Mr. Williams, Mr. Cooke, Mr. Robinson and Mr. Rundbaken (sorry we can't consider you a doctor) and most of all Ms. Drozdiak. Your deamons and your ethical lack will not only catch up to you, it will place you on the wrong side of history, guaranteed. We sincerely hope that Mr. Harris has decided to hold strong to the "right side of history" in place of choosing to "go left."
