Winder Railfanning 11-10-2007

Video of trains on the Abbeville Sub at Winder, Georgia. the video was taken during a festival being held at the Winder Community center which out N-scale club was taking part in (and explains all the music in alot of the clips:P ) First is a Southbound with the consist of the day, Q661 with junk C40-8W 7720 leading SD40-2 8196 and B30-7 5548! Next we see another junk GE widecab CSX 7851 and SD50 8599 roll through town with a northbound grain train. Next CSX GEVO 5258 and CSX C40-8W 7381 and C40-8 7569 with a SB mixed freight. after that a Northbound double stack makes appearance lead by renumbered SD70MAC 4512 (bring back the 700's!) and a GEVO. last is some horrid night footage of two GE widecabs and a SD60I heading south, sorry had no time to set up and was trying to get my still cam to work. anyways enjoy

I believe you are right, strange how Q661 and Q664 passed only about a hour and 20 minutes apart, i guess Winder is in the middle of Athens and Atlanta.

I know it is strange. It kind of threw me off a little at first then I looked at the car consist and it looked like 664's. Was Q661 a little late and what time does he usually leave Athens?
