  • I am starting a series of colonics this morning. I finally beat my addiction to colas and I want to start a new way of living and eating. People say our water tastes great. But after drinking it filtered through my refrigerator filter I can't tolerate it unfiltered. After tasting it filtered you realize how strong the taste is unfiltered. I hope your colonics were helpful to you. I might continue to do a monthly colonic after my initial colonic series is finished. Enjoy your health!

  • @lovedbyanimals Sounds great! I have only had 2 colonics, but I have a biobidet so I can have enemas at home whenever I want. It's not as thorough as a colonic, but I much prefer it. I rely on clean food to clean the rest out. I wish you health and vitality!

  • @thrivesurvive I recently bought a Colema board for home use, but I haven't used it yet. Years ago I had a series of 3 colonics because of severe constipation. Those went well and they made me feel exhilerated. This time when I was reading a woman's colonic therapy website I realized how much she believed in it and it inspired me to seek out a therapist. I got lucky and found a woman in my local area. She doesn't advertise so I was lucky in finding her. She has put me on a 7 day cleanse

  • @lovedbyanimals I am glad you found a good therapist. I wanted the colema board for a while, but decided against it. I rarely experience anything like constipation because I eat a lot of fruit. A banana a day really helps with that. Green smoothies are even better to get things moving. Thank you for all your wonderful comments and for watching. :)

  • @thrivesurvive you really don't need a colema board because you have your bidet. A colonic and a colema board use gallons of water to cleanse the total 5 feet of your colon. But if you take an hour and do repeated enemas with your bidet you can accomplish the same thing and fill your entire colon with water. Because you eat so well you really don't need to do that. Unless you really felt the need to. You really only need an enema if you make a BM that is too large to evacuate.

  • @lovedbyanimals I haven't had a bm like that since I stopped eating all that bread, but repeated enemas helped a lot when I was suffering from a toxic reaction to an herb I ingested.

  • The internet is a wonderful tool for learning. If you type words into the little box, you can find out what things mean. It's MAGIC!

  • What's Colonics? Is that when they stick a pipe up your butt to suck out the poop?

  • imperfectlyraw, Thank you so much! How have you been? I miss you too. Are you doing the raw Fu challenge? It's an amazing community. If not, you may want to sign up for the next one that starts in november. ((hugs))

  • I have missed your lovely face. I see by the smile on your face and your videos, that life is good and raw! (((hugs)))
